DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS RETAILER. THEY TOLD ME THE RING THAT I BOUGHT CONTAINED 2 SMALL DIAMONDS. WHEN I TOOK IT TO A JEWELER IN THE US WHEN I GOT HOME I LEARNED THEY WERE COLORLESS TOPAZ. I CALLED THE JEWELER TO COMPLAIN AND GOT NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A RIPOFF AND THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Beautiful jewelry and very nice people but lousy service! Sent three emails asking for appraisal on my ring and they said they would send it and never did. When I bought the ring I was promised an appraisal - guess what? Never got it. While I do love the ring, I will not shop where they don't keep there word. Make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's before heading back to the ship because they will not be of any help once they have their money!
