So far so good! I've been eating there once in a while since they opened, and the food is really consistently great. I love the crazy salad, and all the vegetable based meals. The meat is awesome, but I was not so impressed with the fish. But anyway, generally speaking the quality of the food there is far above average (at least to my taste). Love it! Bravo!

The food here is AWESOME!

The food here is AWESOME! As vegetarians we had some minor challenges finding healthy, interesting food. We stopped at Crazy Thyme because the sign looked cool, and stayed because the food looked great! The mulligatawny was the best I have ever had, and the homemade hot sauce was amazing. The diverse menu really has something for everyone!

They are now open for lunch - also on Sundays!
They also feature a couple of new dishes like Burgers, Tenderloin, etc. - We like to go there and eat their salads and the Tuna Ceviche!!!!

We had been recommended by Dwayne at the Royal Turtle Inn and were not disappointed. The six guys in our party were very impressed with every aspect of this restaurant - service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was charming and the decor ecelectic and the food was sublime. On our next visit to Sint Maarten we will definitely return. 10/10

fabulous, wonderful, incredible....matter of fact, 5 of us frequent st. martin guests went back 3 times in one week! ramon, the bartender is great, and the food is absolutely outstanding! the location is a little odd, (across from the airport) but the food and hospitality more than makes up for the strange location. this is most certainly a must do for any veteran st. martin traveler as well as anyone new to the island.......highly recommended! a must do! yummy!

The strudels are to die for

The strudels are to die for and I love the Vegetable Crepe.
The Wiener Schitzel has a very nice tasting breading - very 'lecker' as the Germans/Austrians say.
Very, very well priced for a fresh and elaborate cuisine - you can feel that the chef/owner still cooks with his heart! Keep it up!

I was surprised by the quality of the Cuisine! Not only it is not expensive, but we are talking about fine dining here. I've been there three times already, and never was disappointed. The chef from Austria definitely knows what he's doing. The environment is "Caribbean Style" not too fancy, but the staff is particularly friendly, and the cooking is to die for!
For example, yesterday me and my girlfriend shared a "Crazy Salad", with very refreshing taste (the pieces of Ananas where perfectly adjusted to the sauce). I had a "Weiner Schnizel" (a speciality from Austria) and it was just like in a great restaurant in Austria! My girlfriend had a spectacular "Vegetable Crepe" served in the pan! The desert home made "Apple Strudel" was delicious as well, melting in the mouth. Even though we didn't drink wine or any alcohol, when I checked my bill I though they forgot something... $55.50. Amazing!
If the quality stays the same, I expect their parking to bee soon too small!

I went there Saturday night, being used to Lal's Indian cuisine, I was surprised to find the familiar bar totally revamped! And it is really nicely done. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. The menu impressed me by its diversity. I could have chosen a "lanb vindaloo" like I'm used to (Yes there is still Indian food in the menu!), but this time I went for the Austrian specialty "Strudel Menage a Trois". It refreshing, and I must say excellent! Crazy Thyme: I'll come again!
