The 145-room hotel, which on the secluded beach cove of Anse Marcel, will feature a branch of his restaurant in Marrakesh, Morocco, La Table du Marché.

"To mark the opening, the hotel is offering an introductory rate of 169 euros a night (about $254 at $1.50 to the euro) until March 31. Standard rooms normally start at 235 euros. From Dec. 19 to Jan. 8, rates start at 203 euros (normally 350 euros)",  says a report from The NY Times. For reservations, call (888) 334-7609.
