If you want a reliable pharmacy while in Sint Maarten, there is none finer than the Orange Grove Pharmacy. The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and professional. We relie on this pharmacy when we have encountered medical issues while on the island. Never been disappointed. They are there to help. Nancy & Paul

The Pharmacist who owns the place, is hands down the most reliable guy I have come across in the three years I have been down on Saba, SXM, and Statia. If I ever run into a problem where I am unable to get my medication from the States, either I'll go to St maarten, or Fax over my prescription, within 10 min I get a call, and if he carries it he has it sent that day, if not, he explains different options on what to do. Franklin ___something... i forget. If your sick, call him, hes never "closed for lunch" or Hung over and not in, he is there to help.
